Victor Carbajo

Spanish composer and pianist born in Madrid in 1970.

He studied music at the Royal Conservatory of Music in his hometown, where he graduated as a Senior Professor of Harmony, Counterpoint, Composition and Instrumentation, with the End of Composition Career Award in 1993. His activity as a pianist is very prolific.

He regularly accompanies well-known figures of Spanish lyrics and popular classical song such as Francisco or Alberto Cortez on their tours of Spain and abroad.

He has performed as an accompanying soloist in concert halls such as the Auditorio Nacional de Música in Madrid, Palau de la Música in Valencia, Palau de la Música in Barcelona or the Teatro Olympia in Paris. As a composer, his music has been performed in Spain, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, United Kingdom, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, United States, Mexico, Argentina and Australia.

He has also received several commissions from different international organizations. He currently combines his activity as a pianist and composer with his teaching work at the Katarina Gurska High School of Music in Madrid.
